Director of Member Services

The Director of Member Services is responsible for the conduct of the association in responding to members and in the provision of services and support to members.  The Director of Member Services will act as a point of contact for any member wishing to learn more about the organization, wanting to contribute to the association and desiring to find resources and services provided by the association.  To this end the Director will coordinate and pass on contacts and communication to the best person within the organization to provide the help required.

The Director of Member Services will seek out services and offerings to enrich the experience of the members and will coordinate and lead such developments.  Of prime importance at the current time is the creation of local communities and specialist interest communities which will allow members with a common focus of interest or a common geography to come together to share and develop ideas in the Data and Information quality arena.

The Director of Member Services is responsible for ensuring there is adequate communication between members and the organization as a whole and for confirming terms of membership.

The Director of Member Services is responsible for encouraging feedback about the association in order that membership services can be best arranged to satisfy members and deliver value and benefit from the member’s investment in joining the association.
