Secretary-Treasurer
Responsible for maintaining the official records of IAIDQ and for the Financial Management of the IAIDQ.
- As Secretary, this Director must ensure accurate and complete documentation of official BoD business meetings, and also that action items by other Directors and Advisors are accomplished and documented properly.
- As Treasurer, this Director must provide sound fiscal management of the Association's money, providing for the accounting and bookkeeping.
- Preparing reports to ensure IAIDQ compliance with United States IRS requirements.
- Ensuring IAIDQ compliance with laws governing non-profit organizations.
- Filing annual reports with the United States IRS and the State of Incorporation.
- Storing and maintaining tax and financial records.
- Prepare yearly budget with all Directors and departments.
