Content Creation Team

Description:

We need individuals who can develop content for IAIDQ Newsletter and IAIDQ communication channels. Already identified topics include: 

• IDQ Conversations: Interviews with IDQ experts and practitioners. (2-3 pages)
• Faces of IQ: Profiles of IAIDQ Members. (1/2 to 1 page)
• IAIDQ Sector and/or International Update: Interviews with IAIDQ members in one industry sector or geographic region to highlight shared issues, events, challenges.  (Max. 2 pages).
• Various publications documenting the value proposition of data quality:  This project is in its initial stages. We need a person to drive it, implement an existing approach and  template, and help to recruit domain experts to contribute.

In addition to these areas, we would welcome additional ideas and approaches. What types of content would you like to see in the newsletter and on the web site? How can you help get it there?

Skills and Qualifications

Interviewing and writing skills. Experience with Skype or VOIP technology. Reachable by e-mail and disciplined about deadlines. Enjoy networking and meeting new people. Time commitment: 10 to 12 hours / quarter; more if multiple interviews.

As we celebrate IAIDQ’s fifth anniversary in 2009, we’ve set some ambitious goals for the next five years. Become an IAIDQ volunteer and make a difference to your fellow members and to our global community.

All volunteers must be IAIDQ members. If you’re not already a member, join by completing the membership form.

Most of these opportunities require a commitment of 2 – 6 hours per week.

These opportunities require teamwork. Your ability to listen and respect others, to offer your opinion with an open mind, to take initiative and meet commitments will enhance your experience as a volunteer and your ability to contribute.
